Description and Responsibilities

Paramedics are responsible for transporting patients safely to medical facilities. They provide required care according to established protocols and techniques. Paramedics evaluate and stabilize patients in order to prevent their condition from deteriorating before they can receive the appropriate medical care.

Pre-hospital emergency care program is offered at the following schools:

Work Environment

Paramedic can work in rural or urban areas, anywhere in Quebec.
