Description and Responsibilities
Occupational hygienists design and update identification, assessment and monitoring programs for all components in the quality of a workplace. They also make the appropriate recommendations to various stakeholders in occupational health and safety.

Education and Training Requirements
Occupational hygienists must have a bachelor's degree in pure and applied science. The program is offered in several Québec universities.
